Nettle-water is an item created in the process of making nettle tea. This item is made by adding nettles to a bowl of water. This requires a Cooking level of 20. Historically, this item gave 1 cooking exp per creation, however this is no longer the case. The player is healed 1 Hitpoint when drank. However, it is not advised to consume this item because it has potential to heal more when made into tea. Nettle-water can be cooked on a range or fire to produce nettle tea. This item is usually only used during the Ghosts Ahoy quest and the Skippy and the Mogres miniquest.
