Dragontooth Island is an island located in the north-east of Gielinor. The ghost captain near the small boat in Port Phasmatys will take the player there and back for 25 ecto-tokens, or 10 with the ring of charos (a) after starting the Ghosts Ahoy quest. Alternatively, players can ride for free after paying the ghost captain a one-off fee of 500 ecto-tokens. A ghostspeak amulet or Morytania legs 2 is required to travel with the ghost captain.
The island plays a key role in the Ghosts Ahoy quest, being the island where the book of haricanto is found. There is little else to do there beyond cutting evergreen trees using the Woodcutting skill, or obtaining buckets of sap.
Dragontooth Island may also be needed to be visited during Treasure Trails as part of certain Elite and Master clue scrolls.

Trivia
- In the November 2007 Postbag from the Hedge, The trouble with trolls, it is revealed by Reldo that the island was originally a Saradominist outpost during the God Wars, but was completely destroyed, with no traces remaining.
- The statue of Saradomin however was constructed merely 100 years ago by a group of Morytanian refugees who were looking for the Eastern Lands.
