A cup of milky tea is made by using milky nettle tea on an empty cup. It must be put into a porcelain cup in order to become a cup of tea that the Old Crone will take during the quest Ghosts Ahoy.
Drinking the tea heals 3 hitpoints. If you are not at full health, the tea will also refresh some run energy (5%), but if you are already at full hitpoints, run energy will not be restored.
This particular kind of tea cannot be added to a tea flask. Nettle tea can be used in place of a regular cup of tea for the Panning guide during The Dig Site quest.
