A hot kettle is an item used to make a cup of tea in the kitchen of a player-owned house allowing the player to temporarily boost Construction by up to 3 levels. A player can obtain this item by placing a full kettle on a range and then removing the kettle from the range. Requiring level 20 Cooking, players can use a hot kettle with a teapot with leaves in order to make a pot of tea and gain 52 experience. Complete directions on how to make tea can be found here.

Note: If a player leaves the house in any way, then this item will disappear from their inventory.
