Gunthor the Brave is a barbarian who lives in Barbarian Village. He is located in The Long Hall in the northern part of the village. Gunthor is the highest level barbarian in Barbarian Village. He is stated to be a mighty warrior and a chieftain of the barbarians. He is also the descendant of Gunnar, the Fremennik barbarian who led the Runecrafting Crusades over 100 years ago.

Strategy
Like most barbarians from Barbarian Village (except for Litara, Hunding, Atlas, and Peksa), he will attack the player if talked to. Players who attack him using Ranged or Magic can do so safely from behind the tables or stools. His defences are very low, and he is weakest to Magic. If a player accidentally clicks the "Talk-to" option on him but does not want to fight him, they can click somewhere else on the map to avoid the battle. Gunthor will only engage if the player finishes the conversation.
