Caverns can be found within the Wilderness, located north-east of the Dark Warriors' Fortress, and south-east of the Lava Maze. The caverns are a one-way entrance leading down to the Revenant Caves. When leaving the cave, players will appear at the trapdoors found near the entrances rather than the caverns themselves.

Upon attempting to enter the cave, players will be prompted to pay a fee of 100,000 coins, which will be dropped to the player's killer if they are killed by another player. The fee can be taken from the player's bank if they are not currently carrying enough. For as long as the player is not killed within the cave, the fee does not need to be paid again.

13 April 2022 (Update)	The caverns were made one-way into the caves.
12 September 2021 (Update)	The cavern at level 26 Wilderness was removed and replaced with a one-way crevice.
21 October 2020 (Update)	A 100,000 coin entry fee has been added to be able to enter the dungeon. A third cavern was added at level 26 Wilderness.
6 December 2018 (Update)	Players are now prevented from spamming the entrance/exit to the Revenant Caves to avoid PKers.
