Sir Jerro is a paladin sent by King Lathas into the Underground Pass to look for a safe route through. He must be killed during the Underground Pass quest to collect the blue paladin's badge. He will give the player food if they talk to him before killing him.

When initially killed, he will only drop his badge. If the player kills him again with the badge in their inventory, he will reward loot according to his loot table. After throwing his badge into the well, he will no longer respawn.

Prior to the inclusion of the Song of the Elves quest, after dropping his badge into the well and speaking to him after, he would yell, "You again... die Zamorakian scum!" and proceed to attack the player.
