Poison Ivy bush

Poison Ivy bushes can be planted in a bush patch at level 70 Farming to yield poison ivy berries, which are used in Herblore to make weapon poison(++) or as protection payment for calquat trees (x8).

There is no need to pay a gardener to watch over a growing poison ivy bush because "it is pretty hardy stuff, and most animals will avoid eating it." For this reason, they will never become diseased.

Poison ivy bushes give 120 XP when planted, 675 XP when checked, and 45 XP when harvested. It takes 2 hours and 40 minutes to grow. The berries can regrow once all are picked from the plant (takes approximately 80 minutes).

Poison ivy bushes are disease-free and therefore have no diseased or dead variants that can be seen in-game.

As the name suggests, this plant is incredibly poisonous. Every part of it contains toxins that from a mere touch can cause an itchy, irritating, and sometimes painful rash that lasts for many days. The toxins that cause this rash are in abundance in the berries themselves, Because of this, they make an unquestionably gruesome weapon poison that is often used by less than honorable sellswords. Causing swelling, vomiting and fever, victims have described the experience as feeling like your blood is boiling within you.
