Phantuwti Fanstuwi Farsight is a seer involved with One Small Favour. He is asked to give a weather forecast during the quest, but wants to find his friend who has disappeared. Then you must repair his weather vane. His house is south of the tavern. He is in the building directly north of the prayer altar in Seers' Village. You are ordered to talk to him to progress more in the One Small Favour quest by Arhein, the general store owner in Catherby.

Players can obtain a corrupted kiteshield from him by giving him an empty vial and some oak logs.
