The weather report is a quest item used in the One Small Favour quest. It is obtained by talking to Phantuwti, a Seer who lives in Seers' Village. Before he will give the player the weather report, the player must first rescue a missing person and repair the weather vane on the top of his house.

The player must then take the weather report to Arhein, who lives in Catherby, in order to proceed in the quest.
