Multiple Ladders can be found in Seers' Village. One is found in the bank, and two more on the ground floor of the house of Phantuwti Fanstuwi Farsight and in the house connected to it. A ladder leading to the roof of one of the houses is used during the One Small Favour quest, where the player must fix the Seers weathervane.
