Hengel is found upstairs in the house north of Hetty's house in Rimmington, along with his wife Anja. A player can ask him for "free stuff", to which Hengel quickly refuses, asking the player to leave. He can also be pickpocketed for 3 coins.
Hengel and Anja have a daughter and son, Angel and Henja, whom players first meet during the 2018 Halloween event.
