Garlic cocktails are an item purchasable from a werewolf in the late Lord Myrmel's home, directly south of the Drakan's medallion Darkmeyer teleport.

As completion of The Blood Moon Rises causes vampyres to be tolerant towards the player, having the cocktail in the inventory causes vyrewatch and vyrewatch sentinels to once again be aggressive to the player; however, it has no effect on other vampyres, such as the Darkmeyer bankers or venators. As such, players can still use the Darkmeyer bank with the cocktail in their inventory, and can drop or store the cocktail in their bank if they wish to lose aggression.
