Blood sacs are obtained from dissecting leechfin fished from leechfin fishing spots, or by killing Venators or the Maggot King within Vampyrium. 50 blood sacs can be squeezed to make a vial of blood with an empty vial in inventory, giving blood sacs an indirect value of 152.70. Making a vial of blood in this way does not complete the Vial of Blood Collection Log slot.

A warning will be given if attempting to squeeze a blood sac without a vial; continuing the attempt results in a game message stating You squeeze a sac. It empties onto the floor.

Creation

Cutting a leechfin gives 20 Cooking XP plus a 1/3 chance to receive a blood sac.
