Flies are insects found outside the toilet that the man is using near the Hosidius vinery, as well as throughout the Avium Savannah and Tlati Rainforest. They can also be found on various Sailing islands around the world. They will also spawn when asking a camel for its dung using the camulet, which requires partial completion of My Arm's Big Adventure.

Players can use insect repellent on the flies that appear near camel dung to make them back away from them and disappear, resulting in the message: The flies buzz off.
