A Storm Cloud is a cloud that has thunder and lightning bolts coming out of it in the Killerwatt Plane.
They move around like NPCs, although players cannot interact with them whatsoever. Killerwatts sometimes hide and "disappear" under these clouds while a player is attacking them. Even though they cannot be seen under the Storm Clouds, players can still attack and deal damage to the Killerwatts.
