Cave goblins are goblins of the Dorgeshuun who can be found in the Lumbridge Swamp Caves. They are friendly creatures and are willing to give many adventurers a lit torch (if the player has no light source) or a tinderbox (if the player does not have one) when spoken to after the player assures that they are not there to hurt the cave goblins. Upon being attacked, they will scream "Nooo!", "Don't hurt us!" or "Eeek!", and other nearby Cave goblins will try and flee.

25 June 2025 (Update)	Cave goblins now have a 40% elemental weakness to fire spells.
9 February 2022 (Update)	A number of items from the NPC's drop table were removed with the release of Land of the Goblins. These include items that the Dorgeshuun would not have been able to canonically acquire, such as the goblin book and air talisman.
20 March 2007 (Update)	The NPCs were graphically updated with the release of Dorgesh-Kaan.
