Blood serpents are creatures found in Vampyrium during the quest The Blood Moon Rises. Players can click to "wrangle" them. If the blood serpent is not facing the player, they will receive a dead blood serpent. If the blood serpent is facing the player, the player will fail to wrangle them, dealing 5 damage and giving the message The serpent sees you coming and lashes out! In either case, the player will also receive a tick.
Three dead blood serpents can be combined into a serpent rope by using one on another.
