A table of uncharged cells stands near the barrier allowing entry to the Guardians of the Rift minigame arena. Players can freely take uncharged cells from the table, although no more than 10 of these cells can be held at a time.
Uncharged cells can be imbued at a runic altar, accessible directly by entering an active portal guardian. Depending on the runic altar used to charge the cell, it will turn into either a weak, medium, strong, or overcharged cell.
