An inactive portal can be found west of the Mage Training Arena and north of the Emir's Arena. The symbol of the Temple of the Eye, which was later used as a symbol by the Order of Wizards, is present at the top of the portal.

On Demonic Pacts League worlds, the portal was activated and functioned identical to the portal in the Wizards' Tower, allowing those who picked the Kharidian Desert region access to the Guardians of the Rift minigame during Leagues.

Based on the symbol on the portal and its functionality during Leagues, it is likely that the portal once went to the Temple of the Eye, and was deactivated after a rift to The Scar was opened in the temple.
