A swarm of sweetflies consists of fully matured sweetgrubs native to the tropical island of Mos Le'Harmless. Sweetflies can be found only in the Trouble Brewing minigame and can appear randomly when baiting sweetgrub mounds with raw rat meat. They have a chance of applying disease to the player when damaging them.

Sweetflies cannot be attacked. They are identical in appearance and behaviour to the now-discontinued Swarm random event as the sweetflies will constantly attack the player that disturbs them until they run away.
