The pirate flags are non-interactive elements of scenery found on Mos Le'Harmless, where they are used to differentiate the two opposing distilleries during the Trouble Brewing minigame.

Pirate flags are located inside of the minigame arena, where they mark either Fancy Dan or San Fan's team. According to their examine text, these flags used to be flown from Fancy Dan and San Fan's ships, called 'The Gilded Smile' and 'The Cutthroat' respectively. In dialogue with Fancy Dan and San Fan, it is revealed that their rivalry with each other led to both distilleries repeatedly being burnt to cinders, suggesting that they may have broken down their ships for timber and other components in order to rebuild the rum-producing facilities.

The gilded smile flag and cutthroat flags are wieldable variants of the red pirate flag and blue pirate flag respectively, and can be bought from Honest Jimmy for 2,000 pieces of eight.
