Patchy is a pirate who can be found south-west of the bank on Mos Le'Harmless. Patchy can sew certain items together for 500 coins and take them apart for 600. When asked why it costs more to take them apart, he will state that it is due to "wear and tear on scissors".

Players do not need to have the Book o' piracy in their inventory in order to interact with him.

Note: The dark claw will not be returned if separating dark flippers.
