The pirate's hook is a reward from the Brimhaven Agility Arena that occupies the glove slot. It can be purchased from Pirate Jackie the Fruit for 800 Brimhaven vouchers.

Without the completion of the elite Karamja diary, it takes a minimum of 800 minutes (or 13 hours 20 minutes) to earn enough tickets for this item, assuming no dispensers are missed. Players with the diary completed have a 10% chance to gain double tickets, which lowers the time to 728 minutes (12 hours 8 minutes).

Players who have completed Cabin Fever can pay Patchy 500 coins to combine the hook with a crab claw to make a crabclaw hook. The hook cannot be stored in the player-owned house.
