The shattered cane is a cosmetic reward that is obtained alongside purchasing the tier 3 Shattered Relic Hunter, which costs 15,000 League points from the Leagues Reward Shop.
This item can be stored in the armour case of a costume room. It can also be displayed (with the rest of the tier 3 Shattered Relic Hunter outfit) by using it on furniture built in the League hall's outfit stand space.
