Armadylean Decree was a combat-type fragment that increases enchanted bolt activation chance when wearing Armadyl items in the Shattered Relics League that may be obtained from breaking a tier 4 unidentified combat fragment.
This fragment counts towards the Double Tap and Absolute Unit set effects.
