Special Discount is a combat-type fragment that decreases special attack energy cost in the Shattered Relics League that may be obtained from breaking a tier 2 unidentified combat fragment.
This fragment counts towards the Drakan's Touch and Twin Strikes set effects.

| 1 | Special attacks whose energy cost is greater than 50% will cost 50% energy instead. |
| 2 | Special attack energy costs greater than 40% will only cost 40% energy. |
| 3 | Special attack energy costs greater than 25% will only cost 25% energy. |
