Double Tap is a set effect in the Shattered Relics League, in which players have a chance to perform another ranged attack after a successful hit with ranged. The chance to do so depends on the amount of fragments the player has active.

Armadylean Decree

Level	Effect
1	When wielding four Armadylean items, enchanted bolt effects have a 25% increased chance to activate.
2	When wielding four Armadylean items, enchanted bolt effects have a 50% increased chance to activate.
3	When wielding four Armadylean items, enchanted bolt effects have a 100% increased chance to activate.

Chinchonkers

Level	Effect
1	Catching chinchompas grants 50% more Hunter experience.
2	Catching chinchompas grants 100% more Hunter experience.
3	Catching chinchompas grants 100% more Hunter experience, and will always yield two chinchompas per successful capture.

Pro Tips

Level	Effect
1	Players will receive 30% more bolt tips per gem whilst making them.
2	Each gem gives 50% more bolt tips.
3	Each gem gives twice as many bolt tips.

Rogues' Chompy Farm

Level	Effect
1	The chance of successfully cracking the wall safe at the end of the Rogues' Den maze is increased by 10%. Each chompy bird killed will count as two kills when checking chompy kill-count via the ogre bow. The amount of points earned from the Tithe Farm is increased by 100% (x2).
2	The chance of successfully cracking the wall safe is increased by 20%. Each chompy bird killed will count as three kills. The amount of Tithe Farm points earned is increased by 200% (x3).
3	The chance of successfully cracking the wall safe is increased by 40%. Each chompy bird killed will count as four kills. The amount of Tithe Farm points earned is increased by 300% (x4).

Rumple-Bow-String

Level	Effect
1	The Spin Flax spell gives 10 bow strings instead of the usual 5.
2	The amount of bow strings given is increased to 15.
3	The amount of bow strings given is increased to 27.

Smithing Double

Level	Effect
1	Players have a 5% chance to smith an extra item when smithing items at an anvil, granting Smithing experience for the extra item. Extra items will drop to the floor if players have no inventory space.
2	Chance is increased to 15%.
3	Chance is increased to 30%.

Unholy Ranger

Level	Effect
1	The player's accuracy for ranged weapons is increased by 30% when they have no prayer points remaining. Excludes the dwarf multicannon.
2	Accuracy is increased by 60%.
3	Accuracy is increased by 100%.

The name may be a reference to the perk of the same name from the Call of Duty series
