Fast Metabolism is a set effect relic in the Shattered Relics League, which increases the rate of hitpoints regeneration by x4.

Bandosian Might

For example, the player's max melee hit with an elder maul is increased by 6, as its attack speed is 6. |

Grave Robber

Hot On The Trail

| 1 | Players have a 2% chance to obtain a scroll box whilst lighting logs via Firemaking. |

Larger Recharger

| 1 | Players will have their special attack energy restored by 10% every 25 seconds. |
| 2 | Restoration occurs every 20 seconds. |
| 3 | Restoration occurs every 10 seconds. |
Rock Solid

|---|---|
| 1 | Iron, sandstone, and granite rocks have a 25% chance to not be depleted upon being mined. |
| 2 | Non-depletion chance is increased to 50%. |
| 3 | Non-depletion chance is increased to 75%. |
Venomaster

| 1 | The player's attacks have a chance to inflict poison that starts at 3 damage. |
| 2 | Poison damage starts at 5, and players are granted immunity to poison. |
| 3 | Poison damage starts at 7, and players are granted immunity to poison and venom. |
