Drakan's Touch | OSRS Index

Drakan's Touch is a set effect in the Shattered Relics League, in which players have a 50% chance to restore hitpoints after a successful hit. The amount restored depends on the amount of fragments the player has active.

1	Players will have their special attack energy restored by 10% every 25 seconds.
2	Restoration occurs every 20 seconds.
3	Restoration occurs every 10 seconds.

1	Remains are automatically buried/scattered, granting 50% of the usual Prayer experience.
2	Full experience is granted for burying/scattering remains.
3	Double experience is granted for burying/scattering remains.

1	Special attacks whose energy cost is greater than 50% will cost 50% energy instead.
2	Special attack energy costs greater than 40% will only cost 40% energy.
3	Special attack energy costs greater than 25% will only cost 25% energy.

1	The player's accuracy for ranged weapons is increased by 30% when they have no prayer points remaining. Excludes the dwarf multicannon.
2	Accuracy is increased by 60%.
3	Accuracy is increased by 100%.

1	The player's accuracy for magic attacks is increased by 40% when they have no prayer points remaining.
2	Accuracy is increased by 70%.
3	Accuracy is increased by 125%.

1	When wielding four Zamorakian items, the player's accuracy for magic attacks is increased by 50%.
2	Accuracy is increased by 125%.
3	Accuracy is increased by 250%.
