The nutcracker staff is a cosmetic reward from the 2022 Christmas event. It is part of the nutcracker outfit, and can be obtained as a reward from the Christmas events that occur once per year.

Its -100 Strength bonus makes it the weakest weapon melee weapon in the game, tied with the cursed goblin hammer, carrot sword, and hunting knife. If the user's Strength bonus is -64 or less, it will never deal damage.

The item can be right-clicked to change the outfit's style between its festive and sweet variants.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room, as part of the 2022: Nutcracker Outfit set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
