The cursed goblin hammer is one of the three cursed goblin weapons released during the Goblin Invasion event. It was originally a drop from the goblin lieutenants found in the cave that the Varrock scout led you to, and it was very powerful when used against goblins fought during the event. It can now be bought from Diango in Draynor Village for 45 coins. It is considered a fun weapon.
Its -100 Strength bonus makes it the weakest melee weapon in the game, tied with the hunting knife, carrot sword, and nutcracker staff. If the user's Strength bonus is -64 or less, it will never deal damage.
