The heavy ballista ornament kit was a proposed reward for the PvP Arena. As with all other ornament kits it would have been purely decorative, and could be attached to a Heavy ballista, turning it into a Heavy ballista (or) (beta).

Once attached, the ornamented item would become untradeable, but the kit could be detached from the item.
