A blighted surge sack is an item proposed as a reward from the PvP Arena minigame that was available from the supplies table in a tournament world as a test item for players. It allows players to cast any surge spells without needing the runes for it. However, it can only be used inside the Wilderness while on the standard spellbook. It is consumed upon use, regardless of a successful hit.
