Two beta worlds (401 and 407) were opened to test newly adjusted crystal armour, black dragonhide armour, and toxic blowpipe as proposed in the Equipment Rebalancing Changes blog. As the beta was intended to test the rewards against various scenarios, players were allowed complete access to the world, including the Inferno.
As the previous open beta was The Nightmare Rewards Beta, when Clan Wars was still in the Giants' Plateau, unrestricted worlds now logs players in Ferox Enclave, where similar features were added. Supply tables in the Clan Wars building in Ferox Enclave gave players the test equipment (which were given a (beta) suffix) as well as many weapons, armour, teleport items, food, and potions. The altar in Ferox Enclave can change a player's spellbook as well, and two handy portals can be found just outside the Last Man Standing building (coloured blue), and one just west of the bank chest (coloured yellow).
Players were also given a player-owned house fully furnished with the highest level furnitures for all rooms, and are also able to receive a Slayer task free of charge by right-clicking Assignment after receiving one from a Slayer master, allowing them to do so until they receive their desired task. Lastly, they were also given 100,000 slayer reward points and 2,147,483,647 Nightmare Zone points.
