A perfected crystal halberd is a weapon that can be created in the Gauntlet, made from an attuned crystal halberd and a crystal spike.
In total, a player will require 50 crystal shards, a weapon frame, and a crystal spike to create the perfected crystal halberd.
Unlike other halberds, crystal halberds inside the Gauntlet possess an attack speed of 4 (2.4 seconds) rather than 7 (4.2 seconds).
