The Corrupted bowstring is an item used in the Corrupted Gauntlet. It is obtained as a drop from the Corrupted Dark Beast miniboss. It can be used with the attuned corrupted bow to create a perfected corrupted bow. Players may use a pestle and mortar to crush the bowstring into 80 corrupted shards. The next kill of the Corrupted Dark Beast will still provide the 50/50 chance of the corrupted spike and corrupted orb.
