A corrupted escape crystal is an item that can be created in the Corrupted Gauntlet, made from 200 corrupted shards.
It can be used to instantly teleport out of the Gauntlet, and is mainly used by hardcore ironmen to avoid death, which can result in the loss of their hardcore status.
