A perfected crystal staff is a powered staff that can be created in the Gauntlet from an attuned crystal staff and a crystal orb.
In total, a player will require 50 crystal shards, a weapon frame, and a crystal orb to create the perfected crystal staff.
The staff has a max hit of 39, regardless of level.[1] This is increased to 40 by the Mystic Vigour and Augury prayers.
