Aranei guard the venator breeding grounds on Vampyrium, where they are found next to aranei shrines. They act as slayer guardians, preventing players from attacking the venators there unless they have a venator slayer task. Alternatively, they (or the aranei scout at Castle Drakan) can be given 30 stymphike feathers to be given permission to kill one venator without a slayer task. Additionally, venator teeth and venator fangs can be given to them to exchange the items for dragon dart tips and dragon arrowtips, respectively, at a rate of 1 for 1.
