Venator fangs are an item dropped by venators and the Maggot King. These can be traded in for dragon arrowtips at a 1:1 ratio by speaking to the aranei by the aranei shrines in the Apsul or Virer Hunting Grounds, or by choosing their right-click "Trade-teeth" option.
