An altar dedicated to Ralos can be found in the settlement of Tal Teklan in Varlamore. This altar can be used to recharge Prayer points.
This altar cannot be used to offer bones or create sunfire runes. Attempting do so results in a message that says "You fear the wrath of the gods!"
