If unlocked, it can be heard in the Nightmare Zone as one of the possible tracks that play when facing the Corsair Traitor, Witch's experiment, Tanglefoot, Trapped Soul, or Chronozon.

The track is also scripted to play in the inaccessible section of the Ardougne Sewers; however, this can never be heard by players.^[1]
According to data crowdsourced via RuneLite in 2020, approximately 72% of players unlock the track in Elena's prison, 26% unlock it in the Ardougne Sewers, 2% unlock it in The Warrens, while only 0.16% unlock it in the Carnillean Mansion.
