The Corrupt Lizardman is a monster fought in a cave beneath Mount Quidamortem during the Tale of the Righteous quest. Like other lizardmen, this one will deal poison damage as well as its standard melee attack.

It can be fought in the Nightmare Zone after the quest is complete, though it won't drop any items.
