A pair of cell gates need to be unlocked during the Tale of the Righteous quest. When all the crystals nearby are cleansed, the gates will unlock, allowing the player to enter and investigate the skeleton inside.

Attempting to open the gates before they're unlocked causes the following message to appear, The cell gates just won't budge. They seem to be bound by a strange power.
