Buinn is an unused non-player character released with the Warriors' Guild. Presumably, he is the dwarf who operates the Catapult in the Catapult room. However, Buinn does not appear ingame and is replaced by an identical object simply named "Catapult" instead.
In the March 2007 edition of Postbag from the Hedge, the dwarf's name is given as Nigall, and it is stated that players cannot examine him as he is too busy launching heavy items at their faces.
