The antique lamp is an item obtained from opening the present after completing the A Tail of Two Cats quest. Two are given to the player, and each lamp grants 2,500 experience in a skill of the player's choosing, given that the skill is over level 30.
The same lamp is also received from the Fairy Queen after completing Fairytale II - Cure a Queen.
