An altar, dedicated to a long-forgotten religion of the vampyres, can be found in the settlement of Sangvesti in Vampyrium.
During The Blood Moon Rises, the altar is prayed at as part of a puzzle to obtain the passcode for a chest containing the Jovkai key.
The altar acts as any other altar once the quest is complete, and restoring prayer points at it for the first time results in a game message stating It's easier to find faith without Drakan stalking the streets.
