Wrath is an overhead prayer from the Ruinous Powers prayer book, unlocked at level 91 Prayer. It can be used by selecting the Ruinous Powers relic in Trailblazer Reloaded League or by purchasing the Ruinous powers book in Deadman: Annihilation.

Wrath inflicts damage up to 25% of the user's Prayer level, rounded down, to nearby enemies in a 5x5 area centred around the player. In comparison, Retribution deals the same amount of damage, but in a 3x3 area instead.

The prayer was originally available to use on a beta world as part of the DT2 Rewards Beta after having passed the relevant consultation poll, where players could playtest it in various content before a second poll was brought forward to ask players whether they'd like the prayers to be implemented in the live game as a reward from completing the quest Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire.

• Nex uses a superior form of Wrath, which deals up to 50 damage rather than a maximum of 24 damage at 99 Prayer.
