Purge is an overhead prayer from the Ruinous Powers prayer book, unlocked at level 75 Prayer. It can be used by selecting the Ruinous Powers relic in Trailblazer Reloaded League or by purchasing the Ruinous powers book in Deadman: Annihilation.

Purge reduces the user's and opponent's prayer points by 33% of damage dealt. This makes it a riskier option than Smite, as the player's own prayer points are drained as well.

The prayer was originally available to use on a beta world as part of the DT2 Rewards Beta after having passed the relevant consultation poll, where players could playtest it in various content before a second poll was brought forward to ask players whether they'd like the prayers to be implemented in the live game as a reward from completing the quest Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire.

• The prayer was initially proposed as "Ruinous Smite", but was changed to "Purge" upon the release of the DT2 Rewards Beta.
